May 8- Mother’s Day Brunch and Dinner at Coco Sushi in Delray Beach

Coco Sushi Lounge & Bar will be serving a la carte dishes, for Mother’s Day brunch and dinner. All moms will also receive complimentary long-stemmed pink or red roses on Mother’s Day. The restaurant will be decorated for the holiday with pink and white balloons and lush floral arrangements. Coco serves dinner nightly and Weekend Brunch from 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Coco’s Asian fusion cuisine including their sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, appetizers, noodle dishes, and main plates are truly delicious and beautifully plated. This is the fourth South Florida restaurant from talented husband-and-wife team chef Jason Zheng and Tina Wang. These Boca Raton residents also own Yakitori and Saiko-i–both in Boca Raton–and Koi in Fort Lauderdale. Special Mother’s Day menu items include the festive Mother’s Day Basket, $20, which is filled with an array of yummy dumplings, gyozas, and spring rolls, and the Mother’s Day Roll, $15 which is a heart-shaped roll (photo on the right), comprised of spicy tuna and avocado, topped with fresh tuna and red tobiko.
