11am to 8pm today–The first annual “Galbani Festa Italiana” of Wellington will be held at the Amphitheater to create an experience rich in Italian culture through food, music, art, and tradition. Vendors will serve Italian favorites such as sausage & peppers, pasta, pizza, Italian ice, zeppoles and more. Live entertainment featuring Italian American entertainers (or tributes to them) include Saturday’s headliner, Blonde Ambition, a tribute to Madonna. Sunday will have a tribute to The Rat Pack. The new Aquaplex is adding new shows to its popular entertainment lineup including Tango Tuesdays with a Latin-inspired menu. The new shows complement the venue’s recent interior updates, stage show enhancements with concert lighting and sound and a new food and beverage menu. Aquaplex Fort Lauderdale offers shows six nights a week, Tuesday through Sunday plus weekend brunches.
