WHAT’S THERE TO DO TONIGHT?

STEPPING OUT FLORIDA

TUESDAY, JULY 4

July 4- INDEPENDENCE DAY- The 4th of July

4th of July Celebration!

Independence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the Declaration of Independence, which was ratified by the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, establishing the United States of America. Festivities include fireworks, parades and concerts, family gatherings and barbecues. This marks the birthday of the USA, when American gained its independence from Great Britain. Why fireworks? A ship fired a 13-gun salute to honor the 13 colonies, and the Sons of Liberty set off fireworks over Boston Common.
