December 31-At the New Restaurant “Coco Sushi Lounge & Bar” in Delray Beach

This is the fourth restaurant, from husband-and-wife team Chef Jason Zheng and Tina Wang, so you can be sure is another homerun if they are doing this well!  The restaurant is located in the former space of both Kyoto and SoLita. Zheng and Wang also own Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi and Yakitori Sake House in Boca Raton, and Koi Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Lounge in Fort Lauderdale. Coco will be serving their regular a la carte menu, from 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m., on both New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day 2022.

On New Year’s Eve!  Coco will also be serving a scrumptious seven-course prix fixe menu for $95, per person. Additionally, diners may opt to purchase a Premier Open Bar Ticket, for $100, per person, on New Year’s Eve. On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will be decorated for the holiday, with plenty of balloons and streamers, and all diners will receive complimentary hats, noisemakers, and horns to ring in the new year. On New Year’s Eve, all diners will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne, during dinner, AND a complimentary glass of Champagne as the clock strikes midnight. A DJ will be spinning tunes from 8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Zheng and Wang are true hospitality professionals who are dedicated to serving delectable sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls; yummy noodle dishes and stir-fry dishes; and mouthwatering main plates, for dinner daily. Menu favorites include the Lobster Tower, the Grilled Lamb Chops from the robata grill, their sushi and sashimi, served by the piece or in sushi “boats” of varying sizes; specialty rolls like the Lobster Dynamite Roll; noodle dishes like lobster pad Thai; and main plates like Peking duck with pancakes or the grilled sea bass with shiitake mushrooms.  It’s also good to know:  their fresh fish is delivered daily, Monday through Saturday. 8pm to 10pm-Centennial Fountain comes to life with lights and music in an interactive dancing fountain waterworks show. Beautiful new dancing fountain feature at 150 N. Clematis Street, West Palm Beach. Shows are Thursdays–Sundays, 8–10 p.m. with three shows per hour;  The fountain has been decked out with a state-of-the-art operating system giving water the power to dance to music and 109 LED lights with 16.7 million colors. Interactive play is not allowed during special programming. Visitors must remain behind the ropes when viewing shows.
