September 27-Jaguar Lab Is Back With An All-New Brazilian-Puerto Rican Collaboration! –7:30 – 10:00 pm-Experience an exciting Brazilian and Puerto Rican culinary adventure with Jaguar’s latest collaboration! This is a monthly series where Chefs are welcome to push the envelope and experiment, and each dish will carry a showstopping, palatable appeal. Jaguar Lab with Chef Oscar Del Rivero + Friends is a monthly series in which Chef Oscar collaborates with local guest chefs and opposite cuisines all while making tasty experiential dishes. The culinary experience will attract those that are in for a new experience, as each dish will carry a showstopping, palatable appeal. This month’s event features guest Chef JC Lopategui, an experienced chef in Puerto Rican cuisine. Thus, the evening will include TWO Chefs: The restaurant’s chef, Chef Oscar Del Rivero AND this evening’s guest chef, Chef JC Lopategui, both preparing specialty dishes that are not normally on the menu.
