NEW: Audition for a play: The Torch & Trumpet Theater Company will be performing “Its a Wonderful Life”, made famous by the 1946 film starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. The director is looking for a few men; must be Christian and able to act and sing.  There will be 5 performances of the musical in December. Expect a very large and professional cast complete with a costumer designer. Rehearsals start September 16. September 21- Nestor Torres: All About Jazz at Arts Garage

8pm to 10pm.“All About Jazz: Coltrane, Miles, Parker & Jazz Flute Traditions: Celebrating the International Day of Jazz” Néstor Torres’ dynamic, unique sound is a blend of his Caribbean heritage with Classical training and Jazz improvisation. A prolific recording artist with 18 releases, earning him 5 Latin Grammy nominations, 1 Latin Grammy Award (Best Pop Instrumental Album), and a Grammy nomination (Best Latin Jazz Album), Torres has always challenged artistic expectations.
