March 16-St Patrick’s Day in Boca Raton

noon to 10pm- Mizner Park Amphitheater-open to all ages and FREE to attend. Entertainment will be non-stop featuring Spred the Dub the Adam David band Y100’s DJ GQ traditional Irish dancers kicking up their heels the soul-stirring tunes of a bagpipe crew a craft market cornhole and ax throwing. Kids can enjoy face painting a bounce house and an obstacle course. Turn up the party with specialty craft cocktails from Jameson pints of Guinness and a full bar stocked with Irish whiskies liquor and brews available at multiple stations throughout the amphitheater. A “dry bar” will offer Guinness 0.0 and mocktails so guests can enjoy their favorite beverages without the alcohol. March 16 to 24-The Musical “Carousel” at the Wick Theatre in Boca

7:30pm-Prepare to be swept away by the musical masterpiece Carousel at The Wick Theatre in Boca Raton. This iconic Rodgers and Hammerstein production features a treasure trove of timeless songs including “If I Loved You,” “Carousel Waltz,” “June is Bustin’ Out All Over,” and the anthemic “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

Carousel opened on Broadway in 1945 and ran for two years. When it revived on Broadway in 1994, it won five Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical. The show is a Rogers and Hammerstein classic, with so many  iconic songs and a beautiful story about the concept of forgiveness.

The show runs until March 24 with performances from Wednesdays to Sundays. Evening shows are at 7:30pm.  Matinees are at 2pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.   The Wick Theatre & Costume Museum is located at 7901 N. Lips, the ultimate in drag dining which was established more than 30 years is back! New talented performers  made their debut during the venue’s return on Thursday, April 22.
